Experienced Local Leadership

At the helm of Continental Property Services is Brian Adamson, President & Chief Executive Officer, whose leadership continues a legacy of professional, resident-centered property management that has defined the company since 1976. Supported by a seasoned leadership team, the company combines local expertise with operational excellence to ensure quality living experiences across its portfolio of Daytona Beach area communities. Under their guidance, Continental Property Services remains deeply committed to trust, integrity, and service within the neighborhoods they manage.

Brian Adamson

CEO/President

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Continental Property Services (CPS), where he leads the company’s strategic vision, financial stewardship, and operational platform across a diversified real estate portfolio. With deep expertise in finance, operations, and investment strategy, Brian is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value creation while ensuring disciplined execution across all areas of the organization.

In his role at CPS, Brian oversees enterprise-wide operations, including asset and property management, finance and accounting, human resources, and capital improvements. He plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, with a focus on optimizing net operating income, occupancy, cash flow, and cost efficiency. Brian also leads acquisition and refinancing initiatives, directs financial and operational due diligence, and works closely with legal and insurance advisors to manage risk and protect assets.

A hands-on and people-focused leader, Brian is committed to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. He represents CPS with investors, lenders, community partners, and legislative bodies, and actively cultivates strategic relationships that support the company’s growth and fundraising initiatives.

Prior to CPS, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for large real estate companies, where he was instrumental in guiding organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. He holds a Certified Public Accountant designation and earned an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, as well as an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University.

Terri McCracken

CFO/CPA

Terri McCracken’s executive and financial leadership spans decades within a variety of industries with a specialty in real estate.

She began her career with a Big Four, Ernst & Young. She shifted focus to private and was the Director of Finance and Administration at the LPGA. Her expertise developed at several Fortune 500 companies such as The Limited Inc., Figgie International Inc. and Cardinal Industries Inc. She spearheaded extreme growth at Ginn Enterprises, Inc. and two of Inc.’s 500 Fastest growing companies: Premier Bath Inc. and Comfort Medical Inc.

As CFO, she has contributed to the success of Continental Property Services for more than a decade. Terri has served on various community Boards including the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce. She served as President of the Seaside Music Theater Advisory Committee.
